I am not that gud in networking protocols stuff.. but thats wat is required to get through the basics in ccna, so started reading rfcs, so that i get a clear picture of wat is it and wat its not…

ya.. am using 2 books, one frm cisco press, and another frm sybex, din like sybex much, reading thru cisco press.. long way to go. downloaded few docs frm cisco.com, hope it wil be of some help. tried out a simultor for router manipulation. still a real long way to go.
I remember my old days where i went thru the SMTP and POP3 RFC and tried to implement the same with VC++
